It is our favorite time of the year! Santa will be visiting many people soon and that means that there are some backlogs with the shipping companies we work with since there are many gifts to get out & we have received a large volume of orders!
Since we ship from China and we are an international company,we usually ship orders with EMS/DHL.However recently the local EMS/DHL agents have been overwhelmed due to a large amount of Christmas orders causing a delay in shipment for some of our clients.
When your parcels are sent to EMS/DHL and get the tracking number, but the tracking number won’t work until several days.
This is because the parcels are sitting in containers waiting for getting on the airplanes, when they will be scanned into the online tracking system for the first time.
We know shopping online is nerve-racking especially for replica products.We think highly of your trust and treat your money as our own.
Our key aim is to ensure our customer satisfaction.
For customers who have been given a tracking # with EMS/DHL, please realize that once we pass the item to them, we cannot retrieve the parcel since it is processing in their system.
Please be patient and your package will arrive. We would like to apologize as we did not anticipate these delays. Any orders that face extremely long delays will receive a free gift with their next purchase to make up for it since it is an unusual occurrence.
